Consent to Access Kosovo Credit Registry (RKK)

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and Article 7.2 of the Central Bank of Kosovo’s Regulation on Credit Registry, I, with personal number, as the data subject, give my consent and declare that for the purpose of processing and evaluating my loan application, I authorize Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. to process and use my personal data and access my credit reports in the Kosovo Credit Registry for the purpose of processing and preparing a potential loan by Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. I also agree that as long as I have obligations toward the Bank, the Bank may access the Credit Reports from the Kosovo Credit Registry. This consent is given voluntarily and with mutual interest and I will not deny it on any legal or factual basis. By signing below, I confirm my expressed consent through this agreement. I understand that giving this consent does not guarantee a positive response or approval of my loan application.

You understand and agree that your application through this form will be subject to the Bank’s analysis and evaluation and does not imply automatic approval of your application.

The Bank reserves the right to (i) request additional information from you; (ii) return your application for completion if it is incomplete; or (iii) reject your application if you do not meet the Bank’s criteria. If your application is complete and approved by the Bank, you will be invited to the Bank’s branches to sign the relevant agreements and documentation.

If you do not appear at the Bank’s branch to sign the relevant agreements and documentation within thirty (30) days from the date of the Bank’s invitation, your application will be considered withdrawn. In such cases, any subsequent application will be treated as a new application, regardless of the previous decision.
