- Designation: Improvement of the house or apartment, expansion of the existing environment
- Maturity: up to 15 years
- Grace period: up to 6 months
- Payment plan: regular or irregular
- For employees in state and public institutions, without guarantors
- Mortgage: up to EUR 30,000 without mortgage
