Banka Ekonomike Sh.A. Prishtinë invites interested parties to submit offers for:

FILLING THE ANNUAL NEEDS FOR PROFESSIONAL MARKETING SERVICES

Interested parties can request the specification via email at prokurimi@ba-contractors.com

To qualify, companies must:

– Submit the necessary legal documentation – business registration certificate and business information.
– Have the necessary documentation for VAT (if VAT registered).
– The financial offer must include VAT.
– For prices that do not list VAT separately, it will be understood that the VAT value is included in the price.
– The validity of the offer must be at least 1 month from the date of submission.
– The bidder must provide references and contracts for similar work.
– Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to request additional information from the bidding companies.

The deadline for submitting offers is May 7, 2024, at 15:00.

Banka Ekonomike reserves the right to select and order items separately from different companies, depending on the items and prices selected.

Offers that do not include complete documentation will not be considered.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel or change the tender at any time.

Bidding companies must submit one or more proposals for the concept of a video advertisement for any service or product of Banka Ekonomike.
