Banka Ekonomike J.S.C. Pristina announces to all interested parties that it has put its real estate up for sale with the details mentioned below:
Offers in a sealed envelope with the inscription “Offer for the purchase of real estate” should be submitted at the reception of the Banka Ekonomike Central Office, J.S.C. Pristina, Nënë Terezë Square.

The offers must include:

– A description of the property for which the offer is made (Location, Cadastral Zone, Parcel details)

– The financial offer

– Legal entities – the offer must be accompanied by a copy of the business registration certificate and contact details (phone number and email address).

– Individuals – the offer must be accompanied by a copy of their personal identification document and contact details (phone number and email address).
